Group Exercise

WestSide Athletic Club boasts a full array of group exercise classes ranging from high energy Cardio Craze to Gentle Yoga classes that soothe the soul.  Our instructors have over a century of combined experience and share a common goal of ensuring our curriculum assists you in attaining your fitness goals.
