Child Care

To provide a safe and fun environment for your child/children while you enjoy your time here at Westside.

Supervised activities include:
Reading, Free play, Snack time, Dodge ball, Movie of choice, soccer, swimming, Coloring/arts and crafts

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 12:00noon, 4pm-7pm

Friday: 8:30am – 12:00noon

Saturday: 8am – 12:00noon

Maximum stay is 2 hours per day

No Charge for Westside Club Members; $5 per hour per child for non-members.
Massage Massage is recommended for tension, muscle soreness, injuries, and overall relaxation. Our licensed massage therapists are ready to serve you. Ask for current rates
SilverSneakers® SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. Available to HealthSpring members

 Sport Specific Training
WestSide offers individual and small group instruction to boost the skills in every sport. Our goal is to assist each athlete in reaching their maximum potential in their game through strength, speed, and agility training. The program will cover all aspects of their sport and address their individual athletic weaknesses. 

Sessions Description Price*
Individual Sessions

One on one training sessions with a structure that will allow the participant to receive individual attention that will identify the areas to build upon to make the athlete bigger, faster or stronger. The program is tailored individually to the athlete's specific needs.

$50 per hour
Small Group Sessions

Group sessions will follow the same structure as individual sessions but in groups no larger than six athletes to ensure each individual may learn and thrive in the group setting. Group sessions will also focus on teaching discipline through a balance of accountability and competitiveness.

 $20 per hour per person
